ups and claim they will repair you computer for a fee.
If you use Internet Explorer go to Microsoft Windows Update to install the latest safety patches. Do the same
for Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Maxthon, SeaMonkey, Camino and Safari.
While there you should choose the automatic download option for your particular browser.
To sum it up:
Be cautious about all communications; thinking before you click.
Do not open email or related attachments from untrusted sources.
Use and regularly update firewalls, antivirus, and antispyware programs.
Properly configure and patch operating systems, browsers, and other software programs.
