






The Board of Directors for Heather Walk reserve the right to refuse use of the Heather Walk Clubhouse to any applicant whose use may cause a hardship to the Heather Walk community. Hardships are excessive noise, traffic, number of guests, or other uses that conflict with established rules. Click the HW Boardroom logo or Directors Calendar link {above} to verify the Board of Directors meetings do not conflict with your event date.
1. Clubhouse is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Events are limited to the ground floor interior of the clubhouse, (excludes all pool areas, includes 20 chairs and 5 tables).
2. Application is required. Choose one of two ways to apply.

Your request is confirmed when security deposit is received.
3. Fee Schedule:
Heather Walk Resident $150. Non Resident $280.
Maximum number of guests: 50
4. Clubhouse Coordinator administers a pre/ post inspection of clubhouse, opens entrance gate for guest entry, and closes clubhouse as scheduled. No telephone service is provided.
5. Applicant shall be solely liable for the conduct and actions of their guests, including damage to, or destruction of, any Heather Walk property, real or personal, and indemnifies and holds Heather Walk Condominium Inc. harmless against any liability in connection therewith. Applicant must be present during the event.
6. Of Heather Walk property: decorations may be attached to tables or chairs only. Use of walls, ceilings, banisters, doors, windows, window sills, lighting fixtures or a/c vents to attach decorations with tape, tacks, nails, screws, push pins, clamps, velcro, glue, ribbon, string or anything else is prohibited.
7. Charging an admission fee is prohibited.
8. Smoking is prohibited in the Heather Walk Clubhouse.
9. Park on 138 Street or satellite lot adjacent to the gatehouse.
Parking is prohibited where marked reserved or fire lane.
10. Amplified music causing a disturbance is prohibited.
11. Trash removal and sweeping of the clubhouse is required.
12. Security deposit shall be refunded in full if: all trash is removed and properly disposed; the clubhouse has been swept clean; the furnishings and fixtures of the clubhouse and surrounding area have not been abused, stolen, damaged, or soiled. The security deposit may be withheld if these conditions have not been fully satisfied, or if there is any other violation of the rules and regulations for use of the Clubhouse. Minimum charge for damage is $15 up to actual replacement cost.
13. Repairs for damages shall be made as authorized by Heather Walk Condominium Inc.
When the cost of repairs exceeds the security deposit, an assessment against the applicant will be made. Payment of such assessment is the sole responsibility of the applicant and is due and payable upon notification. In the event that Heather Walk Condominium Inc. is forced to institute legal action to collect such assessment, the applicant shall be liable for reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by Heather Walk Condominium Inc. in connection therewith.
